The questions couples ask us most, from the first call to the last dance. Can’t find yours? Write to us.
Getting started
Yes. We specialize in destination weddings in Tuscany and guide couples through every stage of the planning process, from the initial consultation to the coordination of the wedding day.
While Tuscany is our primary area of expertise, we can also organize weddings in other beautiful regions of Italy, including Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, and other selected destinations, depending on the couple’s vision, preferences, and logistical needs.
Our studio is located in Tuscany, approximately one hour from Florence and conveniently close to both Florence and Pisa international airports.
Being based in the region allows us to know Tuscany deeply — its landscapes, venues, culture, and traditions. This local knowledge helps us guide our couples in discovering the most beautiful and authentic locations for their celebration.
Alessia B Weddings has over 15 years of experience specializing in destination weddings in Tuscany.
Over the years we have developed strong relationships with trusted venues and professional vendors across the region, allowing us to create refined and well-organized celebrations while ensuring reliability and high standards of service.
Our team includes experienced wedding planners and dedicated event coordinators who work together to ensure that every aspect of the celebration is managed with care and professionalism.
Depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, different members of our team support the planning and coordination process. Each celebration is personally supervised by Alessia B to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the event.
The planning journey usually begins with a private video call where we get to know each other and discuss your ideas, priorities, and vision for the wedding.
During this conversation we explore your expectations, the guest experience you would like to create, possible locations, and the general planning approach. This meeting also allows us to outline the most suitable planning structure for your event.
Once the initial consultation has taken place, we prepare a personalized proposal that outlines the most suitable level of planning assistance for your wedding.
After the proposal is approved, we begin with venue research and selection, followed by the planning of logistics, vendor selection, design development, and overall event coordination leading up to the wedding day.
Venues & planning
Yes. Our service includes full wedding planning support, from the initial venue research and design development to the complete coordination of the wedding day.
On the day of the event, our team supervises the setup, manages the timeline, coordinates all suppliers, and ensures that every detail unfolds smoothly so that you and your guests can fully enjoy the celebration.
Yes, venue scouting is one of the most important parts of our work.
Based on your preferences, guest count, style, and logistical needs, we help identify and evaluate the most suitable wedding venues in Tuscany, guiding you through the selection process until you find the location that perfectly reflects your vision.
Tuscany offers an extraordinary variety of venues set within breathtaking landscapes. Couples can choose from elegant countryside relais, historic castles, and charming villas surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills.
Some venues offer on-site accommodation for all or part of the guest list, while others are rented exclusively for the wedding day. In those cases, we assist in arranging nearby accommodation for the couple and their guests.
Most couples start planning their destination wedding in Tuscany between about 15/12 months before the wedding date. When the venue search is conducted remotely, the process usually takes around one month. Couples who prefer to visit Italy and see venues in person may require a little more time to organize the visits.
Ideally, the venue search should begin as early as possible, as the most sought-after locations tend to book well in advance.
While not essential, many couples choose to visit Italy before their wedding to experience the atmosphere of the place where their celebration will unfold.
Walking through the venue, meeting the vendors who will help bring the day to life, and tasting the cuisine prepared for the celebration often makes the journey even more meaningful.
These moments gently transform the planning into an experience, allowing couples to connect with their wedding planner, feel the spirit of the setting, and begin to truly imagine their wedding day in Tuscany.
Over the years we have built a carefully selected network of trusted venues and professional suppliers across Tuscany and other regions of Italy. These collaborations allow us to ensure reliability, quality, and a smooth planning process.
If you already have a specific supplier or venue in mind, we are happy to review the option together and evaluate whether it aligns with the overall vision and standards of the event.
