Accommodation

The estate features 42 Suites located in the Borgo and 11 private Villas.

Three villas are within the Borgo (total capacity 20 guests + 6 extra beds):

  • Villa Castello: 3 bedrooms, up to 6 guests + 1 extra bed
  • Villa Oliviera: 3 bedrooms, up to 6 guests + 3 extra beds
  • Villa Chiusa: 4 king bedrooms, up to 8 guests + 2 extra beds

The remaining 8 villas are set throughout the Tuscan countryside, each offering 3 to 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, private gardens and heated swimming pools.

  • Total capacity: 90 rooms accommodating up to 180 guests. Breakfast included.

  • Belvedere Garden (Borgo): up to 200 guests, panoramic views over Val d’Orcia
  • Upper Borgo Square & Pool (Borgo): up to 100 guests, relaxed and charming atmosphere
  • Pool Terrace: up to 50 guests, ideal for cocktail receptions with a view
  • Kitchen Garden’s Table: up to 60 guests, informal and convivial dining
  • Ristorante Campo del Drago: up to 110 guests, refined indoor dining
  • Osteria La Canonica: up to 25 guests, authentic Tuscan ambiance

For a more distinctive rehearsal dinner or intimate gathering, the Members’ Cellar offers a unique and sophisticated option. This private wine cellar houses some of the estate’s most prestigious labels, carefully reserved for an international clientele, creating an exclusive and atmospheric setting.
